Plotwist is a technology intermediary and does not act as an agent, employer, partner, or representative of any Brand or Creator.

Plotwist does not create, review, approve, or control user-generated content and shall not be responsible for any claims, infringements, or damages arising from such content.

Plotwist does not guarantee engagement, reach, conversions, or commercial outcomes from any campaign.

Plotwist is not responsible for delays, failures, or disputes relating to payments between Brands and Creators.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Plotwist harmless from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or legal fees arising from their use of the platform.

Plotwist's maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
